Residents worried about being hit with a £12.50 charge to visit Kew's Townmead Road dump are being advised to use an alternative in Hounslow, by the London mayor.
The charge will come into effect on Monday under the decision to extend the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) out to the south and north circular.
Celebrities and local community groups have reacted with joy at news that Park Lane Stables will soon be returning home.

A plea to exempt bereaved families and others from punishing charges linked to the extension of the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) from Monday has failed.
The area covered by the ULEZ is being extended out to the south and north circular roads, which will bring in the Mortlake Crematorium and Townmead Recycling Centre.
