The CISI's Financial Planning Awards 2021 were held on Tuesday 5 October to conclude the first day of the Financial Planning Conference 2021.
The Royal Parks have said that speed limits in Richmond Park "are not deemed to apply to bicycles."
This was in response to a Freedom of Information request by a campaigner.
A video that shows a narrow cycle lane right next to parked cars on a busy road has sparked outrage among Richmond residents.
A video was posted on Twitter by cycling campaign group, The Department of Parks & Recreation, questioning why a cycle lane in Richmond would be painted "where a cyclist should never cycle".
Police in the borough have urged women and girls who are victims of indecent exposure to come forward.
The plea comes after officers received information on a large number of previously unreported cases following an appeal for help in relation to two specific allegations in the summer.

The guardians of Richmond's history and heritage are opposing Council plans for a zebra crossing on the approach to Richmond Bridge as a 'white elephant'.
