Richmond rugby club circuit classes -

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 6.30am, 7.30am, 9.30am, 12pm and 6.30pm

Saturday and Sunday - 8.30am and 9.30am

First session is free!!!

Come try a circuit class at Richmond rugby club, 45 minutes long using a combination of weights and cardio.

Every exercise is adapted to your ability and you work to what you can not what others can!

Everyone welcome, this is a community club and a circuit for the community
