This autumn Kew Gardens will present a stunning floral celebration in honour of the new 'Downton Abbey' film.

From 22 September to 1 October 2025, the world-renowned floral exhibition Fleurs de Villes will make its UK debut at Kew with a ten-day event dedicated to Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale.

Set in a grand indoor marquee on the lawns beside Kew Palace, the immersive showcase will feature fresh floral mannequins, each created by London's top floral designers and inspired by the iconic costumes, characters and settings from the beloved TV series and films.

The exhibition coincides with the cinematic release of Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale, arriving in UK cinemas on 12 September.

The latest instalment takes the Crawley family into the 1930s, marking the final chapter in the franchise that has captivated global audiences.

As well as floral artistry, visitors can enjoy:

  • Afternoon tea in Kew's elegant Orangery
  • A chance to vote in the 'Fan Favourite' contest, celebrating the floral designers behind the scenes

Karen Marshall, Co-founder of Fleurs de Villes, said: "Fleurs de Villes has a rich history of floral storytelling, and we are thrilled to bring the world of Downton Abbey to life with the UK run of this spectacular show in the magnificent setting of Kew Gardens.

"Each fresh floral installation is a celebration of exquisite local floral artistry, heritage, and the timeless elegance of Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale."

Adam Thow, Director of Commercial and Visitor Operations at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, added: "We are delighted to welcome Fleurs de Villes to Kew Gardens for the very first time.

"This captivating exhibition invites visitors to step into the world of Downton Abbey, brought to life through the remarkable artistry of London's leading floral designers. It's a celebration of culture, creativity, and horticultural elegance."

Kew Gardens will be the eighth stop on Fleurs de Villes' Downton Abbey 2025 global tour, which also includes cities in the US and Canada.
