Senior Creative Team

Location: 12 Bishop's Bridge Rd, Greater London W2 6AA

Reporting to: Executive Creative Director

About you:

  • You've cut your teeth as a team in some great agencies but got fed up with the creative leftovers.
  • You've got big ideas and then some. Too big maybe.
  • You want to own projects, collaborate with like-minded teams and sell clients some award-winning work.
  • You know the value of hard work and are willing to push yourselves (and us) to get better. Better clients, better briefs, better opportunities.
  • You are passionate about possibilities in health communications and see the creative opportunity, knowing you can build ideas with the ability to change lives.

What we'll need you to do:

  • Translate our brand strategies and insights into visually stunning ideas
  • The ability to make great ideas happen on every brief as part of a creative team
  • Ambitious to add to an award-winning portfolio of work • Knows how to create time for in-person collaboration
  • A love for ideas, strategy, art and creativity
  • The willingness to support the ACDs/CDs in their day-to-day roles, championing the development of big ideas into campaign collateral
  • Be willing to contribute to pitches and support presentations
  • An ability to work in cross functional teams, knowing the value of collaboration
  • Be comfortable presenting and demonstrating a confident opinion
  • Offer proactive solutions when challenged with feedback
  • Up to date knowledge of the latest award-winning work
  • The desire to mentor junior members in the team
  • Have a tenacious attitude to do better, exploring briefs before refining ideas
  • Be interested in understanding how the business is successful and know how to play a role in delivering growth
  • Have a passion for health communications, keeping up-to-date on industry news
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of compliance and regulatory landscape using it to provide workable solutions for clients
  • Own your schedule, collaborating with operations team and business leads to create space and time to create ideas

Key responsibilities:

  • Creative Ideation: Translating briefs into effective creative ideas, partnering with copy and other departments to make great ideas happen on every brief.
  • Creative support: Support the delivery of great ideas, integrating with departments at key project stages. Be active in helping to manage the resourcing of junior or freelance support.
  • Team development: Contribute to the development of the creative team by proposing opportunities to learn and be active in sharing new knowledge. Support recruitment efforts and guide new team members when required.
  • Growth of Agency and Output: Feed into the long-term agency creative vision and seek opportunities to raise our profile within the industry. Activities could include contribution to our agency initiatives and sharing or creating opinion pieces.
