Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an amazing provider for a Deputy Home Manager position in Southwest London. Our client is looking for a new Clinical Deputy Manager to support the existing Home Manager in one of their elderly care services. The home is a fantastic home with lots of potential. It is performing well, fully staffed and is complaint with CQC

As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you may have to cover the odd Saturday or Sunday when required but this would be on an ad-hoc basis. In addition to this you may also have to cover the nursing shift or part of a shift if ever needed but again this is just when absolutely needed. The role is supernumerary and is a Monday to Friday position. The client is also very flexible with times, and you could work an 8 till 4 or 9 till 5 etc.

Key details

• Must be RGN/RMN/RNLD
• Must have worked within elderly nursing services previously.
• Must have good leadership skills
• Fully Supernumerary role

Salary: up to 60,000 (DOE)

The service: Medium sized elderly nursing home with dementia and residential care.
