On behalf of our clients neuro rehab and complex care services across the Surrey region, Remedicare Staffing are exlusively advertising for an experienced Business Development Manager.

The primary purpose of the role is to undertake business generating activities in order to grow the Complex Care in terms of the numbers of care packages being provided and further establishing new initiatives across the group. This will be achieved via a combination of planned growth alongside the optimisation of the existing client portfolio. Outcomes for the business will be to deliver against an agreed set of KPIs for the performance of Complex Care, in accordance with the agreed budget objectives and defined operating standards

Overview of Main Duties:

Relationship and Business Development

• Develop relationships with and drive awareness amongst key influencers, referrers and commissioners of CHD Specialist services

• Target and secure new referrer relationships for existing and new services

Commissioning Support

• Work in partnership with the operational teams to understand capacity within services • Receive and triage referrals through our enquiry management systemmaking initial contact on the same day (during business hours) or by the latest the next working day if same day is not possible.

Service Development

• Contribute to the review and development of existing business and compliance practices, relevant to your role

• Work in partnership with the service managers, Clinical Head of Rehabilitation Services and Regional Manager to continually develop and improveservice delivery

Monday - Friday

Full time - Permanent
