This full-time role offers the chance to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, in a supportive and vibrant school community.

About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engagement: Encouraging the participation of all pupils and ensuring they are actively engaged in their classwork.
• Behaviour Management: Confidently managing student behaviour to create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Effective Communication: Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils to help them achieve their potential.
• Classroom Organization: Organizing and managing the physical teaching space and resources to facilitate a smooth-running classroom.
• Inspiration: Creating a stimulating and motivating atmosphere that supports students in their learning journey.

What We're Looking For:

• Availability: Able to commit to full-time hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, starting September 2024.
• Experience: Recent experience working as a Cover Supervisor in the UK is essential.
• Compliance: Must have, or be willing to apply for, an enhanced DBS check.
• Location: Ideally reside in or near Kingston, or have reliable transport to commute to the area.
