£28.50 CIS per hour

Are you an experienced Site Manager seeking a new challenge with a reputable tier 1 contractor We are currently recruiting for a skilled Site Manager to oversee a crucial social housing refurbishment project in the TW17 area of London. This is your chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to meaningful community improvements!

Project Overview: This refurbishment project includes a variety of essential external works such as:

• Cavity wall insulation
• Lost insulation
• Window and door installations
• Extracted fan replacements

With the project currently around 50% complete and scheduled for completion by mid-May, you will play a key role in managing a dedicated team of 6-7 professionals, including a senior site manager and a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO).

What We re Looking For: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in site management, preferably within a tier 1 contractor environment and focusing on social housing or construction projects.
• Strong Excel capabilities: Able to update trackers, filter data, and generate detailed reports to manage project milestones effectively.
• Knowledge of external wall insulation (EWI) and various energy efficiency measures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with team members and engage with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a strong capacity to work both independently and within a team-based environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving requirements of the project.
• A full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle for site visits.

• Experience within a tier 1 contracting environment.
