The client is focusing on expanding operations and is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join the team. MUST HAVE experience in Flat, Torch-On Felt Roofing, or Bitumen Roofing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for roofing projects.
• Conduct thorough quantity surveys and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather essential project details.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements.
• Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in the roofing sector.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, including Flat, Torch-On Felt Roofing, and Bitumen Roofing, and industry trends.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

The position is based in South West London, offering a hybrid work arrangement.
