DISCOVER THE GLORIES OF GIN – There are over 1,700 different varieties of gin, the most aromatic and (allegedly) healthy of all distilled alcoholic drinks. Its predominant flavour is juniper, but its innate versatility enables it to form the basis of an almost limitless range of different tipples from a basic G&T to a more exotic Red Snapper. But, is it better when infused with rosemary or cardamom? And does it go down more easily when consumed with tonic or as part of a cocktail? You can decide at your leisure whilst enjoying 4 different kinds of gins.

GLAMOUR ON THE TERRACE - These questions can be answered at the "Gin on the Hill" evening organised by The Holly Lodge Centre in association with the Richmond Hill Hotel and its 100 different varieties of gin. This prestigious event on the hotel's terrace will commence with a welcome white negroni and canapes followed by learning sessions hosted by expert mixologists presenting different gin mixes and cocktails. The evening will then close with the winning gin combo being served to all guests.
