We are pleased to be supporting one of our international commercial clients in their search for a Marketing Manager at present, in this newly created role, the Marketing Manager will have the unique and exciting opportunity to spearhead the emergence of a new, growing business, helping to define the marketplace from the ground up.

Working closely with the Head of Communications and CEO, you will be responsible for managing the design, development and delivery of our proactive content plans, digital marketing strategies, web estate and digital marketing strategies and campaigns. This is a hands on role and these initiatives will be crucial in supporting the establishment of the business and sector, supporting variouscommercial needs and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, understanding the nuances of the emerging markets in which we operate, understanding our product proposition which help identify key business opportunities. This opportunity will involve a mix of strategic planning, market analysis and hands on execution.

Annual Marketing Blitz: Spearhead the yearly marketing assault, crafting clear-cut strategies and goals. Unleash innovative digital initiatives to skyrocket brand visibility and ignite customer engagement. Leverage every digital channel and tool to captivate your target audience, ensuring lockstep alignment with annual objectives.

Brand Evangelism: Safeguard the brand's sacred essence, upholding unwavering standards across all materials and communications. Champion the brand's cause internally and externally, maintaining uncompromising integrity and coherence. Adapt judiciously to uphold practical application and quality.

Marketing Collateral Mastery:

  • Orchestrate the production of all marketing collateral, from corporate materials to customer campaigns.
  • Keep investor and customer presentations razor-sharp, spearheading company-wide reviews.
  • Collaborate with designers to elevate visual appeal and infographics, adhering to brand gospel.
  • Curate a corporate information vault, ensuring staff photos and bios stay ultra-current.

Web Estate Dominion: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our digital domain, ensuring a user-friendly, seamless experience across platforms. Launch our new website and online assets, optimizing functionality, aesthetics, and content relevance to the bleeding edge.

  • Oversee the integration of several european markets into our global marketing strategy, ensuring a consistent brand experience across these countries and regions.
  • Lead the localisation of websites and marketing materials for these markets, whilst maintaining linguistic and cultural alignment.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to local teams, ensuring their marketing activities align with overall company objectives globally.

Please note, this role is Office based 4-5 days per week.
