Key Responsibilities:
As Team Manager in the Single Point of Access (SPA) Team, you will be an experienced and qualified social work professional, reporting directly to the Deputy Head of Service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing management oversight and supervision to Social Workers, Contact Information Officers, and Business Support Officers
- Driving performance and ensuring timely decision-making at the front door
- Participating in the out-of-hours Emergency Duty Manager rota
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the team
Requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work
