Randstad is partnering with a leading organisation in the mental health sector to find a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join their team.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide direct social work services to individuals and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
• Participate in case conferences and supervision sessions.
• Develop and facilitate support groups or workshops.
• Engage in community outreach and education initiatives.

We're looking for you, if:

• You hold a relevant Social Work degree (e.g., Bachelor of Social Work).
• You possess a valid Social Work license or registration.
• You have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in mental health social work.
• You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• You demonstrate cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse populations.
• You are proficient in using electronic health records and other relevant software.
• Experience working with adults with mental health issues is an advantage.
