Social Worker - Learning Disabilities

Randstad is seeking a passionate and experienced Social Worker to join our team in Kingston. This role focuses on supporting individuals with learning disabilities, providing them with the resources and guidance they need to thrive.

Tasks

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, liaising with families and other professionals, advocating for clients' rights, and monitoring progress. The successful candidate will be responsible for case management and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., MSW, BA Social Work), significant experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to person-centered care. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
