Are you an experienced and passionate Social Worker ready to make a real difference in mental health services? Randstad is proud to be working in partnership with Kingston Council to recruit a committed and professional Social Worker to join their dynamic Mental Health Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents facing mental health challenges.

• Manage a caseload of service users with a variety of complex mental health needs.

• Undertake assessments, care planning, and risk management.

• Work collaboratively with health professionals, service users, and their families to promote independence and recovery.

• Ensure that all work meets legislative requirements and local safeguarding policies.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in line with professional standards.

• Qualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).

• Registration with Social Work England.

• Proven experience in adult mental health services.

• Strong knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Health Act, and other relevant legislation.

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
