We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Stairlift Engineer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission stairlifts, ensuring they are fully operational and meet safety standards.
- Carry out routine maintenance and servicing of stairlifts to ensure continued reliability and compliance with regulations.
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently, providing technical solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments on-site.
- Provide professional and friendly support to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out using company systems.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained in good working order.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Stairlift Engineer or in a similar role.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Stairlift Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Valid UK driving license
- Willingness to travel
