We're recruiting for an Intermediate Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established building services contractor based in Spelthorne, Surrey. This role offers structured career growth, a strong team culture, and the chance to be a key player in delivering detailed, cost-effective proposals for a wide range of HVAC projects.

The successful Mechanical Estimator will be:

• Sending enquiries and obtaining quotes from suppliers/subcontractors
• Reviewing and interpreting BOQs and mechanical drawings
• Producing accurate costings and maintaining tender review documents
• Organising and managing tender documentation
• Working from the office with the option of 1 day of WFH per week
• Package: The Mechanical Estimator will be paid up to £40,000, depending on experience + Career Progression + 25 Days Holiday + Pension.

To qualify for this role as a Mechanical Estimator, you'll need:

• Proven experience in mechanical estimating (HVAC or FM)
• Strong technical knowledge of chillers and mechanical plant
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Ability to understand and price from BOQs and drawings
• Experience transitioning from hands-on engineering is a advantageous

The Mechanical Estimator will be paid up to £40,000, depending on experience + Career Progression + 25 Days Holiday + Pension.
