We are looking for a manager who will be responsible for managing projects across RBR Data Services leveraging several years of experience in the research and consulting sector. Responsibilities:
- Lead teams to successfully deliver published research projects
- Understand client needs and priorities to deliver new, bespoke projects that best match client requirements
- Take ownership of projects - drive improvements to outputs and operational execution of projects, working with senior stakeholders to ensure continued relevance to clients
- Manage costs by establishing project team requirements and plan workstreams effectively
- Delegate responsibilities appropriately
- Ensure best practices are embedded in the teams you manage
- Contribute to training and team-building activities
- Make suggestions for new products and services
- Support senior managers and sales team to achieve commercial targets
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years in a research/consulting environment
- 3+ years managing project teams
- An ability to inspire and influence colleagues and team members
- Ability to build trust and relationships with clients
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent quantitative skills
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking and decisiveness
- Outstanding self-management skills
