There is significant scope for career progression within the wider group.Your new roleAs FP&A Manager, you will lead and develop the finance team. You'll take ownership of business planning, corporate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. A key part of the role involves managing cash flow forecasting and overseeing working capital and the balance sheet model. You'll provide insights on working capital movements and changes, and take responsibility for CAPEX reporting. You'll also help enhance financial systems and use technology to streamline reporting. Additionally, you'll support financial modelling for future tenders and contracts.What you'll need to succeedYou will be ACA or CA qualified from a leading firm, with solid FP&A experience. A professional accounting qualification: ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalentProven experience in group consolidations and financial reportingA collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively at senior levels

Preparing and posting month-end revenue and banking journals, working closely with site managers to validate reporting data and resolve discrepancies.Performing monthly reconciliations for the main cash bank account and other cash accounts, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.Managing a detailed electronic register of stock, coordinating with operations to record additions and disposals, posting depreciation, and reconciling the register with monthly accounts.Maintaining and reconciling various balance sheet accounts and control accounts, including posting relevant month-end journals.Supporting financial reporting processes.Handling various ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed to support the finance team.
