Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior fee earners on a caseload of sales, purchases, leasehold, and freehold properties.
  • You will also build and manage your own caseload, depending on your experience and ambition. Extra responsibility can be given according to candidate level.
  • Drafting legal documents and dealing with client and solicitor correspondence.
  • Supporting junior support staff when required.

You will:

  • Have at least 3-4 years experience within residential conveyancing within a UK private practice law firm.
  • Have a professional and confident telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
  • Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable.
