We have an amazing opportunity to join Team OB as a Warehouse Team Member for the Web Fulfilment team.

This role is 21 hours per week, with a shift pattern of Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, 6:45am-2:45pm. This is a Fixed Term Contract running through to the 11th of January 2026.

Our Warehouse Team Members work efficiently and use their strong attention to detail to ensure that each online order is perfectly picked, packed and dispatched for our wonderful customers.

This will be a flexible contract, meaning you will have a fixed number of hours you will work per week across a variety of days and shifts. Your rota will be communicated to you in advance by your line manager.

More about the role

Our Warehouse Team Members will:

  • Pick customer orders accurately using handheld terminals.
  • Prepare and pack customer orders in line with OB's quality control standards.
  • Use computer terminals to dispatch orders.
  • Work to achieve pick and pack targets.
  • Assist with packing and storing Click & Collect orders in the correct retail store allocated areas.
  • Prepare, pack, and wrap items for couriers including fragile products.
  • Place picked and packed orders in the corresponding despatch locations (express shipping, standard and international packages).
  • Report any breakages or order discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times.
  • Replenish packing stations at the end of each shift.
