And we do it all right here at Sky. As the Product Analyst, you'll have a key role working between the business and our technology teams. You'll be responsible for defining business requirements; scoping product enhancements; supporting procurement and compliance processes; and driving changes to customer service technology and processes across the Sky OTT propositions in the UK, ROI, AU, ES and US, including the EU wide Sky Showtime proposition. This role has a focus on the translation technology within our Salesforce platform. What you'll do
- Understand the business objectives and requirements across Customer Management, localised team Operations, Digital Help, CRM and Technology teams
- Work closely with the Service Technology team to support on business process optimisation
- Work closely with the business stakeholders to triage and verify new work requests for product capability
- Work closely with the Product Owner and third-party suppliers to carry out translation, translation memory and glossary updates, and to identify and implement improvements and efficiencies across our Telephony, Surveying and Knowledge platforms
- Support on platform license procurement, liaising with finance, and tracking of utilisation to oversee planned vs actual cost
- Support the team in updating a clear roadmap of work, planning a minimum of 6 months ahead in each product owner area
- Communicate plans, changes and updates to the wider stakeholder network with input from Service Technology team members and the wider team

- Technical and Industry Experience: Experience with CRM platforms, Agile methodologies, and tools like Microsoft Office, Miro, Asana, Jira, and Confluence. Familiarity with Salesforce and its integration capabilities is beneficial.
