Customer Care Manager

Bluebird Care (Richmond & Twickenham) are currently looking for an exceptional Customer Care Manager.

By supervising and supporting our Care Assistants you will be ensuring our customers are receiving excellent care from our well trained, competent and compassionate team.

The Role

• You will be assisting with the creation of new care plans and the reviewing of existing care plans, ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service from Bluebird Care (Richmond & Twickenham).
• You will assist in bringing on new customers to help grow our business with domiciliary care visits and live in care packages.
• You will supervise and guide our care assistants to deliver a high standard of care to our customers for every single visit and provide them with a mentor and someone to guide them during their employment with us.

• You will be passionate about providing the best home care; you thrive on delivering care to an impeccable standard and take pride in building relationships with Care Assistants to gain their commitment and reliability.

Criteria

• Must have a professional qualification in care (minimum level 3 or equivalent).
• Full/Clean driving licence with own vehicle.
• Must have experience in care with a similar focused role.
