By The Editor 7th Aug 2020

A Greek restaurant on Richmond Road plans to reopen next month.

Orpheus serves delicious Mediterranean dishes and has set a date of Thursday, September 10 for its return.

On its website the restaurant says: "Family-run Orpheus Taverna has been serving the finest Greek, Mediterranean and English food in Surrey for almost half a century, all prepared by chef and proprietor John Elia and served in traditional and intimate surroundings.

"All inquiries about parties are welcome. We can also organise live entertainment.

"We are closed on Sundays for the general public but available for private functions for 20+ customers."

Email [email protected] or call 020 8892 3103 if you'd like to make a reservation for when it reopens.
