Membership Sales & Follow-Up Call Agent

Self-employed contractor or part-time (flexible), hourly pay plus commission

Location

Based at our gym in Richmond to start. Remote working may be offered later, depending on performance.

Hours

Approx. 2–3 hours per day, days/week flexible (days and time slots to be agreed)

Responsibilities

-Calling prospects, lapsed members, and trial sign-ups

-Booking trials, explaining membership options, communicating the price update, and following up with existing members

-Checking and updating member information

-Making calls using provided scripts (suggestions for improvement welcome)

-Daily reporting/logging of call outcomes

Requirements & Preferred Skills

-Sales/telesales experience (preferred; open to candidates without direct experience)

-Strong communication skills and polished phone manner

-Basic PC/smartphone use, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets

-English: required, native level only

Pay & Terms

-£12.71 per hour + commission

-Payment cycle: monthly

-Confidentiality agreement required for handling client data

Hiring Process

-One-month trial period at the gym, followed by ongoing engagement
