Responsibilities

• Calling prospects, lapsed members, and trial sign-ups
• Booking trials, explaining membership options, and following up with existing members
• Checking and updating member information in Glofox
• Making calls using provided scripts (suggestions for improvement welcome)
• Daily reporting/logging of call outcomes
• Supporting social media content (photos, videos, posts) for the gym's channels
• Helping plan and run local promotions, events, and partnerships with nearby businesses
• Distributing flyers and promoting RINTO Fitness in the local community
• Greeting walk-in enquiries and giving gym tours to prospective members

Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Sales/telesales experience (preferred; open to candidates without direct experience)
• Strong communication skills and polished phone manner
• Basic PC/smartphone use, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
• Interest in social media and marketing (experience a plus)
• English: required, native level only Salary & Terms -£13 hourly rate plus commission
• Payment cycle: monthly
