Saxophonist, flutist, and composer Anna Chai is back! She first graced the stage here with Urvashi, and we're excited to have her return, this time leading her own band!

Anna presents an incredible lineup to bring her original musical visions to life. This project explores raw, authentic music, combining elements Anna deeply connects with. Flamenco cross rhythms, Indian classical tabla cycles, American hard bop, and modal jazz blend into a highly experimental approach to compositions, arrangements, and improvisations.

Get ready for moments of introspection, curiosity, exhilaration, movement, and heartfelt emotion in its purest form. Influences include Charles Lloyd, Wayne Shorter, Jorge Pardo, and Carles Benavent.
