Pinnochio - Orange Tree Theatre
A re-telling of the classic tale created by the theatre's Community director, Liam Shea.
It follows the story of Hugo, who is bored, lonely and needs a friend, with the result his mum tries to help by making him his very own Pinocchio puppet.
The two are then set on an adventure to the top of a snowy mountain, out to pleasure island and into the belly of a wiggly whale!
The fun and interactive show is designed for all ages and offers a mixture of puppetry and original music.
The show, which stars Nathan Queeley-Dennis and Fiona Drummond, runs from December 14-18.

Cinderella – Richmond Theatre
The traditional panto, starring Anton Du Beke, is attracting fans of the Strictly Come Dancing star from across the country to Richmond.
It features spectacular dance routines, led by Anton's Buttons character, along with laugh-out-loud comedy, stunning scenery, beautiful costumes and plenty of boos and hisses.
Join Cinders as she goes from rags to riches, outwits her very ugly sisters and meets her dashing Prince Charming.
Be aware that all attendees over 18 have to provide proof of their Covid-19 status, such as proof of vaccination via the NHS app.

A Print is for Life – One Paved Court
Printmakers Richard Peacock and Peg Morris, in collaboration with One Paved Court, curate an exciting and diverse exhibition of original printmaking.
Featuring a selection of work from some of the best established and emerging artists who work in print. A Print is for Life will include a range of traditional and experimental printmaking techniques.
Participating Artists: Helen Baines, Liz Collini, Cynthia D'Souza, Peg Morris, Richard Peacock, Sumi Perera, Yoonjung Shim
Both framed and unframed work will be available to take away immediately.
Late opening: Thursday, December 16 - 8pm. Artist's Talks: Saturday, December 11 - 2pm.

Aladdin - The Exchange, Twickenham
Climb aboard the magic carpet and be transported with this traditional family show to Old Peking.
The show opens on Friday evening with a professional cast from the world of stage and television and promises to take audiences on a side splitting adventure involving, a boy, a magic lamp and a genie.
It is brought to the theatre by Starcatcher Productions, who were responsible for the enormously popular 'Sleeping Beauty' in the 2019 pre-pandemic Christmas.
The show runs from Friday, December 17, to Wednesday, December 29.

Mayor's Christmas Concert featuring The Middlesex Yeomanry Concert Band, York House - Friday
Join the Mayor of Richmond for the annual Christmas concert featuring the wonderful musicians from The Middlesex Yeomanry Concert Band.
Mulled wine and mince pies will be available during the interval as well as a cash bar and charity raffle. Doors open at 7.00pm, performance at 7.30pm.
