This week's good cause community lottery Get Lucky Local had a total of 22 winners with two lucky players picking up a £25 cash prize each.

The two cash winners had nominated the community fund-raising sports group SporTedd and Hampton Wick Royal Cricket Club as their local causes.

The remaining 20 winners all won three free tickets for next week's Saturday night big draw and represented a wide range of the 51 Good Causes throughout the Richmond Borough, which have now signed up to the local lottery.

The winning causes, which receive 50p in the £ from every ticket sold include Makers United, Teddington Cricket Club, Hampton & Richmond Borough Youth FC, Ruils charity, Aurora Metro Arts and Media, Crossroads Care, Hampton Hill Theatre, The Horse Rangers Association, The Orange Tree Theatre in Richmond, the closure-threatened Park Lane Stables in Teddington and Friends of Strathmore House.

Eight of the organisations signed up to Get Lucky Local are now selling 50 or more tickets every week which means they will raise £1,300 over the course of a year.

If you are a charity or community project in the Richmond borough and you are struggling to raise funds let the lottery lend a helping hand by signing up today.

If you want to support a local organisation close to your heart and close to your home buy a ticket at www.getluckylocal.co.uk
