The cast of Ted Lasso spotted filming scenes in Richmond for season four on Monday, 1 September after shooting in Kansas.

Weeks after production kicked off in the US, stars Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham, Brendan Hunt and Brett Goldstein were back at The Prince's Head pub on Richmond Green and seafood restaurant Scott's.

Waddingham, who plays Rebecca Welton, was seen in a blue dress while filming inside Scott's, later changing as she wrapped up in a dry robe between takes.

Also Sudeikis was spotted at a Kingston school stepping once again into the role of AFC Richmond's head coach.

Season four, expected to air in summer 2026, will see a new direction for Ted Lasso as he moves on from fictional Premier League side AFC Richmond to help coach a second division women's team.

The return was confirmed earlier this year by Sudeikis during an appearance on the New Heights podcast hosted by NFL brothers Travis and Jason Kelce.

Since its debut, Ted Lasso has scooped 20 Primetime Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Comedy Series and Outstanding Lead Actor for Sudeikis.
