This is a full-time position with consistent hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm), ideal for someone skilled in general maintenance and committed to ensuring the smooth operation of a residential estate.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and decorating
• Assist with leak detection, liaise with residents to investigate and resolve issues
