1. Testmatch - The Orange Tree

About: Lord's, present day. It's the Women's Cricket World Cup: England versus India. There's a rain delay. Tensions mount, ambitions are laid bare and a whole new tactical game begins.

Calcutta in the eighteenth century. Two British administrators in colonial India encounter challenges on the field of play that threaten the entire regime.

3. The Turk's Head - Bearcat Comedy Club

About: One of London's longest running comedy clubs manages to attract some of the best names on the circuit right here in St. Margarets. 

Catch warm up gigs from your favourite comedians from UK circuit and television as well as some incredible up and coming talent.

4. Howl Quartet

About: Howl Quartet takes inspiration from "Howl", Allen Ginsberg's seminal poem. The immediacy of the verse and intense conviction behind Ginsberg's writing reflects the band's approach to composition and performance.

The band is a dynamic, expressive outlet emphasising storytelling through melodic composition and improvisation. Formed of old friends and collaborators, this co-led acoustic quartet emerged in 2017 through a passion for developing a collective sound.

Inspired by artists such as Endangered Blood, The Bad Plus and Brian Blade and the fellowship band, there is an innate freedom and creativity to their music.

5. Richmond May Fair

About: With close to 200 stalls on Richmond Green and 100 stalls in the Craft Marquee, the 2024 Richmond May Fair will be the biggest on record!

Representing charities, artisans, businesses and schools, the Fair is a showcase for all that Richmond has to offer, and plays an important role in helping local charities promote their work and raise much-needed funds.

Old favourites like the Vintage Funfair and Dog Show return, with local bands, schools and various performance groups providing free entertainment.

Along with a wide choice of delicious food and beverages, it makes for the perfect day out - so come and join in the fun!
