The Watermans Richmond has been put on sale for £1,000,000 by pub agents Sidney Phillips which promises to stay open during transition process.

Watermans is found on Water Lane, Richmond, just off the waterfront with indoor and outdoor seating.

Sidney Phillips call the three-storey pub a 'busy thoroughfare between the prime retail centre and River Thames.'

Situated close to a number of other high profile bars, restaurants and retailers with occupiers nearby including the Ivy Café, Scott's, the Curzon Cinema, Wagamama, Cos and LK Bennett.

The estate agents say the Watermans will remain open during the transition process with business unaffected by the sale.
