'Prolific priority offender' stopped with drugs in Richmond

This man faces a date in court after he was stopped and found in possession of drugs.

The photo shows him sat on a bench as well as a sealed bag containing a spliff and pouches of Class B cannabis that had been seized.

It was posted by Parkguard who provide crime reduction services for both the council and police in Richmond.

Parkguard described him as a "prolific priority offender" and said it had provided evidence to Richmond Police.

@ParkguardLtd tweeted: "Good work by our @LBRUT Parks Team today, who located Prolific Priority Offender #PPO in possession of #ClassB Drugs . @MPSRichmond alerted & evidence provided. Male received a postal requisition to attend court to answer the charge #TacklingDrugMisuse"
