How does a free drink sound, Richmond?

Residents can enjoy one on the house every week this month under a scheme from industry group Great British Pubs.

They said: "During this unprecedented time major changes have happened, and we've seen communities rally round to support each other and keep each other safe and at the centre of these communities is the pub.

"So this October we want to celebrate you and your hard work and help you continue to support your local by offering you a FREE DRINK each week during October!

"In participating pubs you will be able to redeem one free drink a week from Thursday to Wednesday, October 1 until 29."

There are no pubs in Richmond town centre signed up, unfortunately, but the nearest participating venues are only a stone's throw away.

These are your closest options:

  • Duke of Cambridge in Kneller Road, Twickenham
  • Victoria, East Sheen
  • Bridge Inn, Isleworth
  • Milford Arms, Isleworth
  • The Railway, Teddington

You can claim your free drink here and there's no need to pre-register - just order once you get to the pub.

Different drinks will be available at each pubs. The Duke of Cambridge is offering a choice of eight lagers, for example.

Victoria is serving Guinness and Kronenberg and the Bridge Inn is offering a wide selection of beers, cider and gin. ðŸ»ðŸ¸
