'We are not Bambi': deer jumps on woman in Richmond Park

This incredible image taken this week in Richmond Park has been shared as a warning to visitors to keep their distance from the wild animals living there.
Custodians the Royal Parks charity advises people to keep 50 metres away from the animals.
Earlier this month it released photos of visitors and photographers feeding, crowding and even petting deer along with its message to keep a safe distance.
Today, Royal Parks Police posted a photo of a deer jumping on a woman.
The force tweeted: "This picture, taken on October 11 in #RichmondPark, demonstrates why you need to #Stay50mAway They are wild animals and can cause you injury #WeAreNotBambi."
Royal Parks advises people to:
- keep a minimum distance of 50 metres away. The more space the better. If visitors want a better view, they should bring binoculars
- keep dogs on leads or walking them elsewhere
- not feed or touch deer
- not take photos of deer at close range
- never get in between two rutting male deer
