Build Visibility with Elegance is a full-day experience for women entrepreneurs and solopreneurs, designed around one question at the heart of everything: How do we want the women in this room to feel?

Produced by Gina Rodriguez, founder of Events Upon Thames and creator of The Visible Woman Framework, this is not a standard business conference. It is a carefully curated, beautifully designed day — from the moment guests arrive at the stunning Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club to the moment they leave with a curated swag bag and a prosecco networking close behind them.

The day is structured around three interconnected dimensions of visibility — Market Visibility, Self-Visibility and Inner Visibility — brought together for the first time in one complete, human-first experience.

The experience:

Doors open at 9.00 am at Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club — a venue chosen because it moves you the moment you arrive, set within the historic Old Deer Park on Crown Estate land that once served as a royal hunting ground for Elizabeth I.

Morning sessions build through three expert talks. Lunch — weather permitting — will be served in the beautiful Sunken Garden. The afternoon takes guests deeper into confidence, identity and the long game of building a sustainable business. The day closes with prosecco, connection and the quiet but powerful feeling of having spent a day entirely in your element.
