Ania Ruszkowski, an accredited TRACOM Social Style practitioner and Learning & Development specialist, uses TRACOM's Social Style model, based on observable behaviour.

During this session, you will learn a globally recognised framework to help you identify your communication style, understand others, and develop your approach. You'll leave with simple, usable tools to improve communication, reduce misunderstandings and build stronger working relationships.

Alongside her artist studio practice, Ania is an accredited coach and learning specialist, bringing an understanding of behaviour, communication and human connection into her creative work. This blended approach informs workshops and projects that invite reflection, dialogue, and making, using creativity to explore identity, communication, and shared experience.
