The Poppy Factory will celebrate our centenary in Richmond in 2026.

Join us this autumn as we prepare to mark 100 years in the borough, with weekly discovery sessions and special events including a discussion with The Poppy Girls author Kirsty Dougal and an expert talk on the writer Rudyard Kipling by Gary Enstone, Curator of the Museum of Richmond.

Today, our charity helps hundreds of members of the Armed Forces community on the path to employment across England and Wales. Funds raised through our visitor centre go towards our employment support, helping veterans and families to become healthier, more independent, more resilient and better connected.

Our discovery sessions are perfect for individual guests and small groups. You can choose to order tea/coffee and cake in advance with your ticket or on the day.
