Take your machine sewing to the next level, by coming along to our fun Saturday afternoon workshop and learning how to make a zipped toiletries bag.

In this 3 1/2 hour workshop with expert teacher, Cornelia Costeanu, you'll be taken through all the steps to create your own personalised bag. As well as learning how to insert zips into your work, you'll also have the opportunity to add appliqué and writing.

If you've attended one of our beginners' workshops, or have rusty sewing skills you're keen to revive, this is the perfect workshop for you!

Don't worry if you don't have a machine of your own, as we can lend you one. However, we do recommend that you bring your own machine if you have one, as Cornelia can then be on hand to help you familiarise yourself with its features.

All materials and lots of coffee, tea and cake are included.

Cornelia Costeanu is a very experienced and well-known instructor, having been teaching sewing to both adults and children for over 10 years. With a degree in interior design, she is passionate about recycling, vintage fashion and is rather addicted to her sewing machines (currently owning 7!).
