At this fun family event, we'll showcase some of our favourite pop-ups, new and old, and talk about how these amazing books are made. Mark of Quickdraw Comics Club will then deliver a craft session, introducing a couple of simple methods for children to make their own pop-up cards. This will be a fun and creative event for families - the perfect way to spend a Wednesday afternoon!

Mark hosts a regular Comics Club at The Alligator's Mouth and also runs Quickdraw Comics Club, an arts education business which encourages young people to be creative, build confidence and have fun designing their own comics. Mark's Comics Clubs are hugely popular and have also been successful in local schools. Check out the Quickdraw website about tickets for other events and holiday workshops led by Mark.
