Richmond gym to launch new reformer Pilates classes this April

RINTO Fitness on Orchard Road has announced the new class alongside the addition of the latest equipment, including the Technogym Reform.

The machine features a Reform Grip Pad for stability and comfort, a Foot Strap to support a wide range of movements, and Double Loop Handles, offering versatility for both upper and lower body exercises.

A spokesperson for RINTO Fitness said: "We received strong recommendations to introduce the class, and several of our members requested it.

"With high local demand for reformer Pilates, we decided to add this service to provide our members and the wider community with something exclusive."
