Richmond and nearby South West London boroughs has seen a big rise in the weekly rate of coronavirus cases.
Data from Public Health England for the week September 21 to September 27 has been released.
Richmond Police officers stood outside the borough's police station and observed a minute silence in honour of their late colleague Sergeant Matt Ratana.
Sgt Ratana, 54, was killed inside Croydon Custody Centre in an incident which devastated members of the police community.
