A trendy bar in Richmond town centre has got a Spanish flavour thanks to the opening of a tapas kitchen inside.

So Bar is hosting Jorge Gimeno and his cooking partner Stu Abram for at least the next three months.

The duo will be there Tuesday-Saturday, rustling up tapas and mini paella dishes which complement the bar's intimate vibe.

Head chef Jorge, who is from a village near Valencia, said he designed the dishes around So Bar's range of cocktails.

Here's what's on the menu.
