Certain South Western Railway (SWR) services in south west London will not run this weekend.

Passenger travelling on train services between Staines and both Hounslow and Twickenham will be suspended this coming weekend to accommodate planned engineering works.

SWR confirmed that all train services along these routes will be cancelled on Saturday 24 October and Sunday 25 October.

To minimise disruption, rail replacement bus services will operate across all affected stations throughout the weekend.

According to Network Rail, engineers will be renewing key infrastructure in the Feltham area to improve overall reliability and reduce the risk of future delays caused by track faults.
