London Overground services between Willesden Junction and Richmond faced disruption this morning (Thursday, 8 May) due to a broken-down train.

The fault, reported around 8am, caused delays along the route, with services expected to be affected into the late morning.

However, National Rail confirmed the incident was cleared at 11:27am and trains are now running as scheduled.

It said: "Following a broken down train between Willesden Junction and Richmond, trains are now able to run as scheduled."

Travellers are advised to check their routes before setting off using the rail network's real-time Journey Planner.

Passengers affected by delays may be eligible for compensation. Find out more here.

This follows a fault on a train yesterday, which disrupted London Overground services between Richmond and Stratford.
