By Cesar Medina 20th Apr 2026
The Turk's Head Twickenham has unveiled its brand new Spring & Summer menu, bringing a fresh wave of seasonal dishes designed for lighter dining, sunny afternoons and long evenings in the garden.
The updated menu focuses on bright, vibrant flavours and high-quality seasonal ingredients, with a mix of small plates aimed at relaxed dining.
A spokesperson for The Turk's Head said: "Our new Spring & Summer menu is all about light, fresh flavours and seasonal ingredients — from vibrant small plates to refreshing mains, perfect for relaxed, sunny days and long evenings in the garden."
Diners can expect a range of standout dishes, including a British Ploughman's featuring pork scotch egg, Cornish Yarg, West Country brie, British blue cheese, cold cut ham, tomato and radish salad, balsamic pickled onions, tomato chutney and Wildfarmed sourdough with whipped butter.

Other highlights include spiced merguez sausages served with yoghurt, smashed cucumbers and pickled red onion, as well as a burrata dish with marinated tomatoes and sourdough bruschetta — a classic summer pairing.
For lighter options, the menu features a Caesar salad with cos lettuce, anchovy dressing, sourdough croutons, Rich Yolk St Ewe's egg and aged Italian cheese, alongside a tahini and lemon dressed fregola salad with chilli olive, date and radicchio.
More substantial plates include a pan-fried duck breast, served with heritage carrot slaw and date labneh, offering a richer option while still keeping a seasonal feel.
