Shereen has been a nurse for three years, having graduated from the world's No.1 nursing school.

Shereen explained: "I love that we are now nurse-led and carer-delivered.

"Being part of a team that brings clinical oversight into home care is something I'm really passionate about.

"What I love most about my role is that no two days are the same.

"From supporting with clinical queries and managing our amazing care teams to ensuring our customers receive safe, person-centred care, I'm constantly learning and developing.

"I feel incredibly grateful to be part of such a lovely team and to be able to combine my nursing background with leadership, clinical care and, most importantly, making a difference to the people we support in our local community."
