Two dedicated care professionals from Richmond and Twickenham have been named as finalists at the prestigious 2025 Bluebird Care Awards.

Justyna Zak and Estelle Greeff, both part of the Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham team, have been recognised for their exceptional work in delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Justyna was in the running for Registered Manager of the Year, a category that celebrates outstanding leadership and operational excellence within the care sector.

Her nomination reflects her commitment to supporting her team, maintaining high standards of care, and always putting people first.

Commenting on the recognition, Justyna said: "To be nominated among so many talented and dedicated professionals across the UK is truly humbling.

"These awards shine a light on the people who go above and beyond to provide outstanding care, and being recognised in this way is not only a personal honour but a reflection of the incredible team we work with every day.

Her attention to detail and deep understanding of care standards have been instrumental in enhancing Bluebird's care provision.

She said: "To be recognised for Quality and Compliance is such an honour.

"It's an area of care that is often behind the scenes, but it's absolutely essential to ensure the highest standards for our customers.

"I'm incredibly proud to represent our team and the dedication we put into doing things right."

The Bluebird Care Awards aim to celebrate excellence across the national care provider's network, highlighting those who go above and beyond in their roles.

The awards ceremony took place yesterday (Tuesday, 15 July) at The Royal Horseguards Hotel in London.
